Teen Vogue Summit

For the past two years, TSV has been a vendor at the Teen Vogue Summit. The summit is a two-day event held at a variety of companies throughout Los Angeles, including 72andSunny's campus, where the main stage is located. With multiple locations, vendors, speakers and discussions within the summit, we start pre-production about a month and a half out to come up with diagrams, collaborate on layouts and scheduling and discuss power requirements for the vendors. Each year it is imperative that everything is organized and runs perfectly day of.

The summit features collaborative breakout discussions such as panels, presentations and other activities that are sponsored by big-name brands including Google, Puma, Pink/Victoria’s Secret, Playstation, Bare Minerals, Lola, PBteen and Runa. This year, we provided audio for Google's "Made With Code" Activation and for Puma's "Do You" Yoga Workout.

Teen Vogue invites A-list celebrities, politicians, creatives, athletes and more to give keynotes during the summit. The keynotes have been given by various, well known women like Serena Williams and Hillary Clinton. Our team manages the main stage, meaning, we ensure that each speaker is professionally mic'd and all audio is intelligible by the audience. We also provide lighting for the stage, and this year, we added an LED video wall. The LED wall acted as a focal point and attendees didn't hesitate to use it as a backdrop for their social media posts. Aside from managing the main stage, we provide equipment for the vendor walkway down the boardwalk, manage all generators and power distribution for the event, provide uplighting for the "Teen Vogue" sign and backline for musical performances by Lauren Jauregui and last year's performance by St. Beauty.

Both years, TSV has created an environment that was collaborative and aligned with the summit's message of empowerment and creativity!
