SITUATION

Each year, we work with Cell Surgical Network at their annual International Conference, providing full-production for the event. The centerpiece of the event is the daily conference held in the ballroom of The Beverly Hilton. However, at night, the same ballroom has to be transformed into an immersive evening gala!

SOLUTION

During the day, a pair of Epson L1505U 12,000 lumen laser projectors deliver the presentations to 14 ft. wide Stumpfl 16:9 projection screens. An audio system of JBL VRX speakers and SRX828SP subwoofers, paired with a Soundcraft digital mixing console and a 4-pack of Shure ULXD wireless microphones ensure that the speaker's remarks are heard clearly. To change the entire atmosphere of the room at night, we use LED lighting and moving lights to create an elegant space for dinner and dancing, equipped with a DJ that keeps the party going!

RESULT

Since 2017, we have worked with CSN to create a seamless conference, with a higher production value than before they worked with us. Each year, we effectively go from a conference to a gala in the same space and ensure attendees get something out of the daily events and during the party at night.
